On January 26^th 2016 Prof. Greidanus gave a presentation in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, to retired Philips Executives with the title: “China”. In his presentation Prof. Greidanus explained the political and economic system of the China but also shared some background with the audience about Chinese culture. Recent developments in education and innovation were discussed. Special emphasis was given to timely topics, like the 13^th 5-Year Plan, the Asian Investment Bank and the One Belt One Road Initiative. The session ended with a lively discussion and many of the participants returned home with a different perspective of “China today” as they had before listening to the presentation.
