On 25^th October, 2016, Ms. Béatrice Dumont, a Professor of economics at the University of Sorbonne Paris Cité and a visiting Professor at the College of Europe, visited the Institute for Intellectual Property Management. On the afternoon, Prof. Béatrice Dumont gave a presentation on her paper Market maturity, patent renewals and the pace of innovation: The case of wind power in Germany, which investigates the link between the market maturity and patent renewal decision. The audience engaged in live discussion with Prof. Dumont after her presentation. She expressed gratitude to the audience for the feedback and looked forward to continuing exchange with the researchers in the Institute.
