The Academic Society Eindhoven organizes lectures on social topics, culture and science. The Dutch Society for International Affairs is active in exchanging knowledge and stimulating discussions on international affairs. Prof. Greidanus was invited by Mr. Sjef Orbons, secretary of the Society for International Affairs. In his lecture he touched upon topics like Chinese culture, the Chinese government, the one belt one road initiative, and China’s new normal. Special attention was paid to recent developments in innovation, education, and science and technology. Developments in IP were shared. The economic development of the city of Wuxi was discussed as an example. The evening ended with a lively discussion with the audience.
