On March 31st , 2018, the Appointment Ceremony of the Zhejiang Intellectual Property (IP) Policy Research Fellow was held at the Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Bureau. Mr. Chunmin Yang, Deputy Director of Zhejiang Provincial IP Bureau, attended the ceremony and gave a welcome speech. He said that the appointment of a group of scholars at various universities and research institutes in Zhejiang Province as the Zhejiang IP Policy Research Fellow was to promote the study on IP-related policy issues in Zhejiang Province and China, and provide policy consultation to the Zhejiang Provincial IP Bureau. Prof. Can Huang was appointed as Senior Research Fellow among others and received the appointment letter from Mr. Chunmin Yang. Following the ceremony, Prof. Huang gave a speech on his research on the value of China’s patented innovations to the participants of the ceremony, followed by a friendly discussion by other appointed research fellows and Mr. Yang.
