“China” currently is a hot topic in The Netherlands. The future 5G network to be installed in the Netherlands attracts a lot of attention and publicity. On May 9^th “Guanxi” organized a Seminar in “Nieuwspoort” in the Hague on the topic “The China Strategy, 5G and Huawei”.

The Seminar was moderated by prof. Frans Greidanus. Four speakers gave their views on the theme in a powerful and compact way. Paul Triolo, Practice Head for global technology policy at Eurasia Group discussed the topic from an American perspective, Annette Nijs, founder of “The China Agenda” from the European perspective and Rogier Creemers, from Leiden University, from the Dutch perspective.  The fourth speaker, Jurjen Veldhuizen, Solution Director Huawei Technologies, shared with the audience the views of Huawei. The audience left the Seminar with a balanced and objective insight into the topic.
