The book systematically investigates the management transformation of Huawei, unveiling the details of the transformation and presenting the spectacular history of the transformation. The authors spent three years writing this book, reading multiple information about Huawei, including documents, papers and books, as well as interviewing some senior managers and employees from Huawei, especially the internal and external experts that lead or get involved in Huawei's transformation. The book is primarily an exploration of business case studies,  but with vivid details and stories.  The 30-years development of Huawei is a spectacular history of transformation. In Huawei, there is combination of Chinese and western transformation vision, changeable transformation strategy according to circumstances, gradually increasing transformation rhythm, transformation courage and strategy of leaders, open self-criticism and so on. These helps Huawei transform from the original coexistence of chaos and vitality to standardization and order, resulting in Huawei's success worldwide. One important reason for Huawei's success is that it keeps on the management transformation, breaking its own organization limitations, and steadily advancing. Importantly, Huawei institutionalized "transformation" in their organization, making it to be a consensus of its employees and a unique organizational culture and "normality".
