Weng Jingbo graduated from the School of Management at Zhejiang University in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Information Management and Information Systems. In 2015, he earned his Master's degree in Project Management from the same school. His research focuses on science and technology innovation management, with a particular emphasis on the construction of innovation platforms and systems, as well as technology transfer.
